Common questions
What counts as a job?
Each new job you create in a billing month counts once. Jobs you already have never count again, and the count starts fresh every billing cycle.
What happens if I use all my texts?
Texts cover the automatic updates and reminders sent to your clients, and they reset every billing cycle. Emails keep going out as normal. Need more texts? Contact us.
Is email really unlimited?
Yes, within fair use. Send your quotes, invoices and reminders by email as often as your work needs.
Is there a limit on card payments?
On paid plans, card payments go up to $1,000 per payment and $5,000 per week to start. Need more? Apply for a higher limit from your account. There's no monthly fee or lock in either way.
Can I be signed in on two devices?
Each login works on one device at a time. Signing in somewhere else signs out the other device, which keeps your account safe.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The Starter plan is free and needs no card.
Emersify replaced three apps for us. Leads come in, quotes go out, clients approve on the portal, and I get paid. All from my phone on site. I've saved at least 5 hours a week on admin.
